Our preferred mode of shipping is UPS insured. Your shipping charge is $12.00 per small lamps, $16.00 each for large. Contact us if ordering more than one lamp and we will adjust the shipping cost.

If a different mode of shipping is requested, charge may be different.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. If you need your order sooner, for a special occasion etc., contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

Residents of all states except the state of Washington are exempt from sales tax.

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Each of our lamps is individually hand made and is of highest quality. Your lamp is carefully packed to avoid any damages. However, if in transit, your merchandise is damaged, contact us immediately for replacement of your order. Please keep all packing materials for the carrier's inspection.

RETURNS

We have a no-nonsense return policy. It is our goal to provide you with a quality piece of artwork that you and your family will enjoy for many years. If for any reason our product falls short of your expectation, we will accept your merchandise return for a full refund or exchange.
